WHAT IS UNIQUE ABOUT VIKI'S GRANOLA?
Viki’s Granola is made from Viki’s culinary inspirations and her commitment to natural, high quality ingredients. All of Viki’s recipes are “one-of-a-kind culinary art creations,” with a strong emphasis on taste, presentation, and consistency. Made from 100% all natural ingredients, with no added preservatives and less than 7 ingredients per flavor. Viki’s is the kind of delicious snack you can feel good about sharing with your family! DO VIKI'S GRANOLA PRODUCTS CONTAIN GENETICALLY MODIFIED INGREDIENTS?
Viki’s Granola is Non-GMO. Our products have been verified as free from genetically-modified organisms by the Non-GMO Project.
IS THERE ADDED SUGAR IN VIKI'S GRANOLA?
There is absolutely no refined sugar added to Viki’s Granola, and all of our granolas are naturally sweetened with organic honey or maple syrup. Viki’s Foods never adds refined sugar, fillers, or preservatives. The exception is that the dried fruits included in many of our flavor offerings do contain added sugar.
ARE VIKI'S GRANOLA PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE?
Yes. All of Viki’s Granola varieties are made with gluten-free ingredients. Our products have been certified as Gluten Free by the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG).
DOES VIKI'S GRANOLA CONTAIN NUTS?
Viki's Granolas are made with a variety of tree nuts. We implement good manufacturing practices, sanitation procedures, and segregate nut-containing ingredients; however, manufacturing equipment is shared between flavors. DOES VIKI'S GRANOLA CONTAIN DAIRY?
No, the ingredients in the recipe for all five of Viki’s Granola varieties are dairy-free.
DOES VIKI'S GRANOLA PRODUTS KOSHER?
Yes, our products are certified as kosher parve.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF VIKI'S GRANOLA?
Viki’s Granola has a one year shelf life.
