Meet Viki! Viki Gutsko, owner and founder of Viki’s Foods, is not only a driven entrepreneur and Viki’s Granola’s fearless leader, but an innovator on a mission to simplify the way consumers approach their grocery shopping decisions by providing nutricious-yet-delicious offerings.

 

In raising her own family, Viki was always committed to exercising her

love for cooking to make wholesome, homemade meals and snacks for her girls. One day, one of Viki’s daughters requested that Viki make her favorite recipe in Mom’s repertoire, homemade granola (we know—granola, of all things!) for a school bake sale. As the story goes, the granola was a smashing hit at the bake sale—so much so that soon enough, Viki was fielding calls for her granola from the school—even the principal!—the community, and quickly the entire town.

 

Despite having no experience in the food retail industry at the onset of starting

the company, Viki’s intuition, passion and determination gave her what she needed to compete with corporate giants on grocery store shelves. Fast forward to today: in just five years, Viki’s Granola has become the fastest growing granola brand in the U.S. and is sold nationwide at retailers like Whole Foods, Albertsons, Safeway, Jewel Osco, Stop & Shop, and many more. As the founder of Viki’s Granola, Viki is steadfastly dedicated to sharing Viki’s Foods’ commitment to creating healthy and great-tasting foods, with not just her own family, but with customers nationwide.

 

Viki a proud member of the Women’s Business Network (WBENC) and holds a B.S. of Accounting from Marymount Manhattan College. Viki resides in New York City with her daughters and two Yorkshire Terriers.
